We are Okanagan College Accounting Club!

OCAC was started in 2011 at Okanagan College in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. The Okanagan College Accounting Club (OCAC) is a student run not-for-profit organization that aims to enhance students' campus life and connect them with local accounting professionals.

Students have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge of the accounting industry through participation in workshops, volunteering, and networking with industry and public practice professionals.

All students with an interest in accounting are encouraged to attend, participate, and become actively involved with OCAC events and the committee.

OCAC provides the following to students:

  • How-to workshop programs,

  • CPA information sessions,

  • Volunteering opportunity through the CRA’s Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP),

  • Informal and formal events with accounting professionals.

If you are interested in joining or would like to know more about OCAC, please send us a message on our "Contact Us" page.

After his travels came to an end he decided he wanted to make a change and go back to school and get his degree with a focus in accounting.
